Refund & cancellation Policy


On the Day cancellations:

Failing to show up on the day or cancelling on the day will result in the full costs being chargeable to the customer. 

S W Training services Ltd will not issue refunds for these cases.


Cancellations made within 5 Working Days Prior to the Course

In the event a cancellation has been received within five working days prior to the Course, the customer still remains liable for the full cost of the course. S W Training services Ltd will not provide refunds for these cases. 


Cancellations Made 14 Working Days Prior to the Course

In the event a cancellation has been received 14  working days prior to the event, S W training services Ltd will refund the full cost of the course.  Cancellations can be made by email to info@swtrainingservices.co.uk


Changes Made to Bookings

Should you decide to make any changes to your booking, please contact info@swtrainingservices.co.uk. No charges will be applied if changes made are notified with more than seven working days prior notice to the course. 


If any request for changes are received by S W Training services with less than seven working days prior to the Course then S W Training services Ltd reserves the right to charge the Customer an administration fee of £20.
