As a individual  based within the south west of the country who has been within the Telecommunications industry for more than 20 years (10 years as a qualified Trainer/Assessor/IQA), I have now decided the time has come to give back all my knowledge and skills I have gained along my career in order to develop the skill's and knowledge required within new individual's who are now coming into the industry.

We all know It can be very daunting walking into a new career for the first time, not knowing if you have all the correct knowledge and understanding  required to fulfil your role. So here at S W Training services, we take pride within the training that's delivered to ensure that both knowledge and understanding of the subject in question is at the forefront of what's being delivered. I want learners to walk away feeling that they have learnt new skills that they are able to put into practice when they are in their place of work.
