As a individual based within the south west of the country who has been within the Telecommunications industry for more than 20 years (10 years as a qualified Trainer/Assessor/IQA), I have now decided the time has come to give back all my knowledge and skills I have gained along my career in order to develop the skill's, understanding and knowledge required within new individual's who are now coming into the industry or equally refreshing their knowledge.
We all know It can be very daunting walking into a new career for the first time, not knowing if you have all the correct skills, knowledge and understanding required to fulfil your role.
So here at S W Training services, we take pride within the training that's delivered to ensure that skill, knowledge and understanding of the subject in question is at the forefront of what's being delivered. Too often, training feels like a box-ticking exercise. We believed it should instead build real confidence, real skills, and real awareness.
Today, S W Training Services delivers a mix of high quality training in both a virtual/Online environment for ease of convenience as well as a face to face classroom environment where we come to your place of work across health and safety as well as Telecommunications.
