Virtual/Online Training

All course's which indicate that they are Virtual/Online will carried out real time via Microsoft Team's and will be carried out by a qualified Trainer/Assessor. 

All course's which indicate that they are face to face will be carried out at the customer's place of work and will be carried out by a qualified Trainer/Assessor.

All courses offered will carry a written theory assessment to ensure the learner has the expected level of competency required to pass the course.

All face to face courses offered will carry a practical assessment to ensure the learner has the expected level of competency required to pass the course.

Practical assessments may require an element of PPE to be worn. Your trainer will make you aware of this at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the learner to supply the PPE required.
