Virtual/Online Training

All course's which indicate that they are Virtual/Online will carried out real time via Microsoft Team's. Training is assessed using a written assessment, a minimum of 10 questions must be given and learners are required to achieve an overall pass mark of at least 80%. Training will be carried out by a qualified Trainer/Assessor. 

All course's which indicate that they are face to face will be carried out at the customer's place of work. Training is assessed using a written and practical assessment. For the written assessment a minimum of 10 questions must be given and learners are required to achieve an overall pass mark of at least 80%. This training will be carried out by a qualified Trainer/Assessor.

All courses offered will carry a written assessment to ensure the learner has the expected level of competency required to pass the course. 

All face to face courses offered will carry a practical assessment to ensure the learner has the expected level of competency required to pass the course.

Practical assessments may require an element of PPE to be worn. Your trainer will make you aware of this at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the learner to supply the PPE required.

All our courses have been specifically designed so that they all have the ability to be used as either a novice or as a refresher course.
