S W Training Services offers a variety of telecommunication and health and safety courses, both Virtual/Online and face to face where are trainer comes to your place of work. Please take a look at our "Courses offered".

Of course. For bulk bookings, the Trainer will be willing to travel to your place of work for a face to face classroom course if preferred.

Each course has its own duration identified when booking. These cannot be amended.

All virtual/online courses are carried out via Microsoft teams. All Face to face courses will be conducted at the learners place of work.

Certificates aim to be emailed to the booker of the course within three days upon successful completion. 

Certificates are valid for three years from point of completion.

Yes. if you make a booking with four or more people on the same course then S W Training Services can come to your place of work.

Our aim is to have the EUSR card with you within 7-10 working days.

Yes. Please allow enough time for this to take affect but an alternative date can be offered if the date from the original booking no longer suits.  Email info@swtrainingservices.co.uk to arrange this.

Definitely not. Please make your trainer aware of this on the day prior to the course starting or alternatively email info@swtrainingservices.co.uk and we will go above and beyond to accommodate for your individual requirements.

Yes, Please email info@swtrainingservices.co.uk and we can arrange this. There is a admin fee of £15.50 for this service.
